About Moj and Trolley
Moj Mahdara is an entrepreneur and investor. She is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Kinship Ventures, the venture platform she launched alongside Gwyneth Paltrow, the founder of Trolley, and Co-CEO of goop, the lifestyle brand Gwyneth started in 2008. Trolley is a fast-growing creative operations company delivering high-impact digital and marketing solutions. We work with high-profile clients and founder-led brands to strategize, produce and optimize content that drives engagement, brand visibility and business growth. Our team combines strategy, design, production and performance analysis, and we work AI-first. We are a fast-moving, collaborative remote team that values respect, teamwork and open communication.
What you will own
- Events, podcasts, fellowships and community programs, from vendors, speakers and contracts to post-event follow-up.
- Marketing and content initiatives, working with the Marketing Coordinator on campaigns, newsletters, launches and promotions.
- Projects and partnerships that move from plan to launch without constant oversight, each with clear owners, timelines and success metrics.
- Client, partner and vendor relationships: you lead the meetings and status updates and keep scope and expectations clear.
- Alignment across production, creative, operations and community, with risks and blockers raised early.
- Trackers, dashboards, reports and accurate CRM records that give the team and leadership a clear view of every project.
- AI-enabled workflows that cut manual work in reporting, research and planning, and a lighter project load for the Production Lead.
Who you are
- Experience leading several projects at once and managing clients or external partners, ideally in events, marketing, production, agency or media work.
- Hands-on execution: you draft the update, build the tracker and prepare the report yourself when needed.
- Clear written and spoken communication, and confidence representing the company in client and partner meetings.
- Sound judgment: you make day-to-day decisions, escalate strategic ones and flag risks early.
- AI is already part of how you work.
Nice to have
- Experience with sponsors, speakers or talent partnerships.
- Hands-on use of a CRM and project tools such as Notion or ClickUp.
